Youth Camp: Success with Christ!

Last March 20-21, the Jesus Christ Ministries-Woodhills Chapter, had its second Youth Camp
on Viewfort Resort in Carmona, Cavite. Their theme for this year’s camp was: Success! w/ Christ!
Commit to the Lord whatever you do and your plans will succeed. Prov. 16:3

Over 40 young people participated in the event from Las Piñas, Sucat and Laguna. There were 4 tribes on the event namely: Tribe of Judah leaded by Jonjon Bonso; Tribe of Gideon leaded by Jeliza Bonso; Tribe of David leaded by Maybelline Avelino and Tribe of Levi leaded by Joseph Bernabe. The following are the facilitators of the event: Camp Director: Jonjon Bonso; Camp Overseer: Katherine Corpuz; Camp Artist: is Joseph Bernabe; Camp Event Organizer: Maybelline Avelino; Camp Marshall: Wayne Bando; Camp Food Committee: Lhian Llanes, Elvi Avelino and Ging Salido. Camp Speakers: Joubert Bonso, Pstr. Regalado Gerodias, Barbie Tio, Pstr. Rey Llanes and Pstr. Eloisa Gerodias.

Indeed, the two-day youth camp was a smashing success based on the remarks and feedback of the Church Elders, Facilitators and the campers themselves. The youth camp was filled with exciting activities such as getting-to-know-each-other session, flag-making, cheer-making, tribe games, bonfire gathering, dance aerobics, seminars and of course, swimming! The camp was chock-full of fun and surprises!

Young people aging from 10 to 20 years old are invited to JCM Youth Camp 2009!
